The Coaching Lighthouse

Coach Monica Evans is a Certified Performance, Leadership and Family Coach. She is also a NLP Practitioner which assists her clients to move forward very quickly . She enjoys working with people and having them realize their dreams and how their life can be more fulfilling with stronger family, personal and  intimate relationships. Today she is a single mother of a 6 year old girl that gives her the perspective of many families today and the challenges they face. She believes that everyone is a gift and that through challenges we can define who we are and bring simplicity into our lives.

Monica created allot of learning through a life of partying and fun throughout her young adult life. At the age of 22 she learned that she was pregnant with a child that the father wanted nothing to do with and tried to convince Monica of an abortion. So she planned to raise this unborn child on her own. She refused to look to God for guidance all the while a silent ache was going on inside of her she didn't want to admit was there. Finally, when she was about 7 months along, she could no longer ignore what her spirit was trying to communicate to her brain. She sobbed, knowing that the child that she was carrying would not be hers to take home. After visiting the adoption agency a few times, she found the family her daughter was to go to. This couple had been married for ten years and had not been gifted with a child, they were thrilled beyond words. They came to the hospital when the baby was born and Monica still remembers how compassionate the adoptive mother was with her. Monica and the family stayed in contact with pictures and such for a little over 4 years. Monica has never regretted her decision and holds that experience as one of the most challenging and life changing events ever in her life.

Monica married in January 2002 and her daughter Natalie was born in November of 2003. Shortly after her daughters birth she moved back to Las Vegas from Idaho and has since divorced.

In 2006 Monica was introduced transformational workshops that lead her Resource Realizations and fulfilling her dream of assisting people in a deeper and effective way. Now over three years later she is serving the beautiful people of this world by challenging them to create their dream life and loves every minute of it. Because of the experiences that Monica has had she has a deep passion to work with and be a part of families, interventions and transitions, individual spiritual and purpose work, financial, and woman from domestic violence. Because of the diverse background she has had,  she relates to her clients more and assists them in seeing themselves as whole and complete and able to do anything that they can imagine!

Monica raised her daughter in Las Vegas, NV until 2008, when she moved to Southern Utah. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, youth groups, beauty makeovers, fitness,  and working with people to take the necessary steps to peace and happiness in their lives.
